  • Prior booking on RWS website for preferred visit date is necessary.
  • Strict capacity limits at all queue lines.
  • Guests are to maintain a safe distance at all queue lines and remain within denoted space allocated.
  • While in the water, guests are required to maintain a distance of three meters between groups.
  • No mingling of guests between cabanas are allowed, and mandatory temperature checks as well as check-in and check-out upon arrival and departure from the attraction will continue to be implemented.
  • All life vests, snorkeling equipment, goggles, gloves, and booties will be disinfected before and after every use.

How To Use

  • Show Mobile Ticket for redemption: Ticketing counter.
  • Voucher is strictly valid on the date of redemption and subjected to park’s capacity availability.
  • Please note this is not the ACTUAL TICKET. To retrieve your actual ticket please click on ViewMyBooking links.
  • Present barcode ticket to attraction gantry for admission after redeemed the QR code.

Terms & Conditions

  • Non-transferable, not for sale or exchange and non-refundable, including, but not limited to events outside Resorts World Sentosa’s control; governmental acts, acts of God, riots, strikes, natural disasters, haze or inclement weather (regardless of severity).
  • Applicable for admission during regular park operating hours, not valid during Special Events.
  • Regular Park operating hours is subject to change without prior notice.
  • Hand stamp and ticket required for same day re-entry into Universal Studios Singapore, S.E.A. Aquarium or Adventure Cove Waterpark only.
  • Please be careful of your safety and belongings at all times, as we shall not be liable for any damage or loss that you may suffer arising from your use of Universal Studios Singapore, S.E.A. Aquarium or Adventure Cove Waterpark, whether such damage or loss is caused by our negligence or otherwise.
  • These premises are under surveillance.
  • For the safety of all of our guests, team members and marine animals, Resorts World Sentosa will be conducting bag checks on all personal and/or hand carry baggage.

  • Last Ticket Start Date will be 5 August 2024.
  • Promotion is valid for purchases made between 2nd May 2024 to 11th August 2024 (both days inclusive) and visits from 1st June 2024 – 11th August 2024 during Park’s operating days. Extension of validity is not permitted.
  • Promotion is not valid with other discounts and promotions.
  • Promotion is valid for purchase of One Day Tickets only, subject to availability.

  • Not valid for refund, sales or exchange for cash or credit.
